10-Year-Old Wins Moscow Tournament
As GM Susan Polgar posts in her blog, 10-year-old Ukrainian Illya Nyzhnyk won the Moscow Open B section against primarily 2000+ rated opponents. He carries a 2217 FIDE rating himself.
